Terms of Service

1. License

StreamTrackr grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal and commercial streaming purposes. The Pro license is tied to a single user account and is not transferable.

2. Usage Limitations

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Abuse the API or create excessive automated requests
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the service

3. Third-Party Services and Availability

StreamTrackr relies on third-party services (RetroAchievements, Steam, PlayStation Network, Xbox Live) to retrieve achievement and trophy data. The stated refresh rates (5-10 seconds for the Pro plan) are estimates based on normal operating conditions and depend on the availability and response times of these third-party services.

StreamTrackr cannot be held responsible for interruptions, slowdowns, or unavailability of third-party services. Actual performance may vary depending on partner server load, rate limiting imposed by these services, or planned or unplanned maintenance.

In the event of prolonged unavailability of a third-party service, StreamTrackr will inform its users as soon as possible through available communication channels.

4. Subscription and Pricing

The Pro plan is offered as a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or one-time lifetime purchase. Displayed prices are exclusive of tax; applicable VAT will be automatically calculated based on your country of residence in accordance with applicable regulations.

Features included in each plan are detailed on our pricing page and may evolve. StreamTrackr reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days notice for active subscriptions. Lifetime purchases benefit from the guaranteed price at the time of purchase.

Subscription cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Access to Pro features is maintained until that date.

5. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any activity that occurs under it. StreamTrackr is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account. You must notify us immediately of any security breach.

6. Limitation of Liability

StreamTrackr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. In no event shall StreamTrackr or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. For material changes, we will notify registered users via email.
