2. Conditions
- The refund request must be made within 14 days of the original purchase date.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Upon refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier immediately.
- Refunds are limited to one per customer. Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles are not permitted.
3. How to Request a Refund
