1. Data We Collect
StreamTrackr collects the minimum data necessary to provide the service. This includes:
- Account data: Email address and display name when you create an account.
- Gaming platform identifiers: Usernames/IDs for Steam, PSN, Xbox, or RetroAchievements that you voluntarily provide.
- Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and tracker configurations.
- Payment data: Processed entirely by Stripe. We never store credit card numbers.
2. How We Use Your Data
We use collected data to:
- Provide and maintain the tracker service
- Process purchases and manage your account
- Improve the service and fix bugs
- Send important service-related communications
3. Third-Party Services
We rely on the following third-party services:
- Supabase: Database and authentication. Data stored in EU data centers.
- Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to their own privacy policy.
- Google Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics. You can opt out via our cookie settings.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Anonymous, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
5. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing of your data
